Requirement: Qualified Hong Kong lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained in a financial institution or a law firm. Solid experience in financial markets and a strong knowledge of Banking Laws and Regulations and the Securities & Futures Ordinance. Good analytical, drafting and negotiation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage but is not necessary. Attractive remuneration and working environment.
